SFPMPT provides a unique interdisciplinary approach to pain management and physical rehabilitation.  

In our practice, your condition will be managed by a team of MD’s, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors  in order to provide a variety of treatment options under one roof.  Depending on your condition, we combine the feedback of different specialties to provide a specialized treatment plan just for you. As a result, we have developed a system of care that maximizes the efficiency of your treatment.
